Analytics data is anonymized and used exclusively for internal evaluation.

When you connect your Google Calendar to the Saed AI application (app.saed.ai), we access your calendar through Google's APIs, with your explicit consent on Google's authorization screen.

Data we access. Your Google account email address, the start and end times of events in your calendar, and, only if you enable "Show event details in Saed Calendar", the event titles and links. If you enable "Add booked meetings to Google Calendar", we also create events in your calendar for meetings booked through Saed AI, and delete them when the meeting is cancelled in our application. We never read event attendees, descriptions or attachments, and we only modify or delete events our application created.

How we use it. Solely to prevent our scheduling assistant from offering time slots that are already taken in your calendar, to display your events on your Saed AI calendar page, and to add meetings booked through Saed AI to your calendar.

Storage and retention. We keep a cache of your busy times for the next 30 days, refreshed automatically. Calendar access credentials are encrypted at rest. When you disconnect your calendar in Saed AI, we delete the cached calendar data and revoke our access. You can also revoke access at any time from your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Sharing. Google user data is shared only with Nylas, Inc., the calendar integration platform that processes it on our behalf to operate this feature. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to data brokers. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Limited Use. Saed AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
